Step 1: Access the Template

  1. Click the link to open the Gantt Chart Template in Google Sheets: Access Gantt Chart Template.
  2. You’ll be directed to a view-only file.

Step 2: Make a Copy

  1. Click File > Make a Copy.
  2. Save the copy to your Google Drive, selecting a folder and renaming the file if needed.

Step 3: Customize the Template

  1. Replace the placeholder tasks with your project-specific details.
  2. Adjust the Start Date and End Date columns to reflect your project timeline.
  3. Modify or add additional rows to fit the scope of your project.

Step 4: Share and Use
