Instructions

Step 1: Download the Monthly Calendar Template

Click on the "Download" button or link for the simple monthly calendar.
Save the .xlsx file to your computer.

Step 2: Edit the Calendar Template

Locate the downloaded file on your computer and double-click to open it in Microsoft Excel.
Make sure the correct month and year are displayed at the top of the calendar.

Step 3: Print the Calendar Template

Go to File > Print in Excel.
Check the Print Preview to ensure the calendar fits neatly on the page.
Set the orientation to Portrait or Landscape based on your preference.
Confirm the paper size (usually A4 or Letter).
