Instructions
Step 1: Open the Letter Template

- Replace placeholder text:

- In the sender details section:

- Replace "Designation" with your job title or role.
- Add your phone number, email, and website in the corresponding fields.
Step 3: Add the Date
- Update the date at the top-right corner to reflect the current date or intended communication date.
Step 4: Write the Letter Body
- Replace the placeholder text in the body:
- Start with a polite greeting.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the letter and provide any relevant details.
- Maintain a professional and concise tone.
Step 5: Customize the Closing
- Conclude the letter with a formal closing, such as "Regards," or "Sincerely."
- Replace "Name" with your full name.
Step 6: Adjust the Design
- Review the alignment of text and icons to ensure everything is well-positioned.
- If needed, modify the green accents or fonts to better match your brand’s identity while maintaining the template's clean and professional look.
Step 7: Save and Share
- Save the completed letterhead as a Word document (.docx) for future use.
